Together, we have assisted many older Australians to include one of their most valuable assets, their family home, in their retirement funding plans. We are very keen to partner with professionals like yourself who are uniquely well placed to get our message to those who need it most.
We are pleased to provide this Online Referral Portal for Referral Partners to provide you with all the tools and information to assist you to refer your Clients, Customers or Members to Homesafe. In the meantime our helpful team in our Customer Contact Centre are happy to discuss any questions you have with respect to Homesafe Wealth Release, including the associated eligibility criteria. Before referring your Client to Homesafe we ask you to complete our Referral Agreement which will be forwarded to you when you register online, and returning this document to our team on email to referral.partners@homesafe.com.au. Once registered, we will provide you with log in details to start referring!
With prospective clients we normally start with a telephone call to confirm eligibility, and then schedule a home visit with one of our experienced Customer Consultants to explore the opportunity further. You are welcome to join that initial meeting to share the experience with the Homeowner.

Frequently Asked Questions - Referral Partners
When will Homesafe contact my Referral?
Once the information contained within your referral is received by Homesafe, our Customer Contact Centre will endeavour to make contact within 24 hours. If we are unable to make contact with your referral by phone or email within 3-5 working days, we will advise you accordingly.
When will the Referral meet with a Homesafe Consultant?
Once we make contact with the referred customer, we will arrange a meeting with a Homesafe Consultant at a time which is convenient for them. We anticipate that an appointment can be scheduled within 1-2 weeks from the date of enquiry.
How long does the first appointment usually take?
We allow for 1 to 1.5 hours for the first appointment with each customer to ensure they receive as much information and assistance as needed and to ensure they feel comfortable about the transaction before proceeding.
Can family members attend the first meeting?
Yes! We encourage all customers to invite their family members to the first meeting with a Homesafe Consultant so they can also hear how the Homesafe transaction can assist a Senior Homeowner.
