The Early Sale Rebate
If you sell your home earlier than anticipated, you may be entitled to an Early Sale Rebate.
The amount of the Early Sale Rebate depends on when the property is sold, and for what value.
When the property is eventually sold, Homesafe's agreed share of the sale proceeds will be reduced by the Early Sale Rebate.
The Excess Proceeds Rebate
Homesafe has another safeguard for the homeowner, known as the Excess Proceeds Rebate. This is designed to share with the homeowner the benefit of any unexpectedly large rises in the value of the home.
Homesafe shares any "windfall" gain on it's share with you on sale, if the property growth has exceeded contractual expectations.
Your Homesafe Contract will provide detailed information as to how these Rebates apply.
