As the Homesafe Contract is a property contract, once we receive a notice you are progressing with a sale or a Buy Back of the sale interest, we will co-ordinate with your legal representative.

Send Us Your Insurance
To assist with providing your insurance information to Homesafe, please email (or ask your Insurance Company to email) a copy of your Certificate of Currency to insurance@homesafe.com.au.

Before sending, please check that you can see Homesafe Solutions Pty Ltd noted on the document, before forwarding.
Updating your details
If your contact details or personal circumstances change — or if there are any changes to your estate's representatives — please get in touch and we'll update your records. contact.centre@homesafe.com.au
Misplaced Your Homesafe Contract?
At the time you received the funds from Homesafe, your Solicitor retained a copy of the signed Homesafe Contract, as your copy. If you have misplaced your signed copy of the Homesafe Contract, we encourage you to contact your Solicitor's office to request another copy. (It is also a good idea to put this with a copy of your Will!) If you are unable to contact your Solicitor or they no longer hold a copy in their files, you can click on this link to submit a request to our Team.
A production fee of $55.00 will apply and our Team will need to verify your details, for privacy reasons, before we can process your request. Please note that Homesafe is not able to provide a copy of the Homesafe Contract to any person, other than the customer, or their legal representative.
